New renovation looks bright and clean. Food is still great. Best wings around with plenty of flavors. Piping hot tater tots is nice addition.

They're not closed now! They have remodeled and are now back open. It pretty loud now since it's all hard surfaces with nothing to break up the sounds. They have also raised the prices on their wings. However, they still have the best wings around, so we still go at least every other week. Try the West Texas Mesquite dry rub, it's my favorite!!

Chicken and Garlic Tots great as always. Tried Honey Mustard today for first time, will be a regular flavor now.

12/15/2019 update: They redid the place installing a drop ceiling and opening up the seating area. It is now beyond noisy as the sound echoes. No longer enjoyable for dining in and hard to order.2017 - Consistently good food and service. Good portions and they make great leftovers!

Tried to order online at 5 but couldn’t because online ordering was switched off till 7. Waited 2 hours. Now can’t order because it says items are unavailable. Tried to call. No answer as usual.

Remodel makes the interior uncomfortable. Last time we ordered from there they forgot seasoning, dipping sauce, and an entire item of our order. Called for a refund and were assured it’d go back on my card but that never happened. Food was O K A Y but not good enough to overlook everything else. Definitely a down grade from before remodel

Ordered online. The order never went through. Found out when i went to pick it up at the store. They took my money though. $64 !! Told me it would be a very long wait for them to make my food. I had already been waiting quite a while. I asked them to just refund me. They said it would be a few days before it went back on my card because i ordered online. Terrible system!! I usually order from here all the time. I will find somewhere else to go from now on. Lost my business.

I placed an online order, noticed prices had risen and you can't get as many different sauces as before, but WOS usually has pretty good wings. I arrived exactly when my order was supposed to be ready, it was not. I immediately noticed the minimalist remodel and the 9 people waiting in front of me., not a good sign. Whats the point of ordering online if my order isn't started until I arrive? Nearly the entire time I was there, one of the two ladies working the counter spent her time leaning through the opening to the kitchen leaving her butt for the customers to look at. Not very professional. 20 minutes after I arrived I was contemplating cancelling my order when my name was called. Wings were tasty but not hot. Due to my experience we'll be looking for another wing place next time. I think $1 a piece for a wing, is excessive.

Boy where do I begin? First of all I don’t know who runs the late night shifts but the customer service is horrible. We ordered our food at 10:17pm last night and they charged our card. As well we called the place to see if they could grill the other part of the meal and the lady we spoke to stated that would be fine. So not only were you guys aware of the order via the phone, we were also told to order online instead.....Then to get a no show to our house, no phone call to explain why no one has yet to show up with our food 2 hours later??? What type of food place is this??? Then I get an email at 1:00am stating that my card was refunded the money!!!!! No!!! I wanted my food! This place does not appreciate its customers period! I will never order from this place again. With so many food choices to choose from nowadays you would think businesses like this one would appreciate their customers more.....CUSTOMERS BEWARE...

I love their grilled chicken with bacon wrap , no lettuce no tomato but mango jalapeño sauce . My god it’s so good ! Teriyaki wings , the asian style wings are good too

I've been ordering from wings over Springfield for quite some time now. I've never had a bad experience with the food. My only suggestion is to possibly change the type of Bleu cheese sauce that's currently being used. It tastes like something out of a squeezable bottle, not authentic enough. Other than that, I am 100% satisfied with the meals prepared there. Keep up the good work despite the high demand for your food. Freshness is key. I have no complaints just one suggestion.

Our delivery was here so fast everything was still piping hot! The staff is the best and anywhere else our family orders take out we always have leftovers but never Wings! Best in the city!

They don’t know if milk is in their products or not. Unfortunate they aren’t educated on food allergens.

I just ordered there about an hour ago, and I understood when the girl said it would take about a few mins, I stood aside but the time was longer than that, I saw orders being brought out and others coming in and grabbing there’s with no problem and I’m just looking at this girl and thinking this is not professional. Two guys came in and got there order and whether or not she knew them, they asked to get something and she was looking all smiley and said “I’m not sure I gotta ask my boss” meanwhile others are behind waiting as well. Save the time of flirting with boys and take your job seriously because if you want customers to come back, you gotta maintain yourself professionally and take care of everyone’s order, if not that job isn’t for you. I asked for my order again to check in and she said nope not yet and then finally saw it and said “here you go” no apologies nothing remind you that took over ten minutes and there were many orders, again take your job seriously.!

Only place my kids and I only get wings from here. Everyone from the order takers to delivery drivers are always on point. Friendly, fast and fresh service. Also inside the restaurant its always clean.

We went at like 930 pm and it tasted like the mornings chicken. Decent flavoring but the breaded chicken was stale and dry... probably wont try again

Solid boneless wings, love the choices of sauces. The fries are ok, nothing special. Love that they changed the materials on their takeout packaging from plastictplastic/styrofoam to foil and cardboard. Easier to reheat, reuse, and toss with less environmental concern.

The environment of this establishment was politically charged and I felt uncomfortable. The parking lot was filthy.

Since remodel, wait times for food are ridiculous. Even when place is empty. Owner needs to evaluate the workers and figure it out. They are going to continue to loose business. They loss ours! Sad, they use to be a great place.

The changing of the guard here at Wings has been hard on the employees. They are constantly being bombarded with complaints about the changes. Aliyah however has been a soldier in customer service! She ensures that we have a positive experience every time we dine in! A+ attention to detail and smiles for days! Bravo Aliyah!!!

Ordered takeout. Food was cold maybe better in restaurant. Boneless wings are over rated frozen strips. Will try bone in and rate from that experience.

Since management changed the service has been bad. Not at the customer service level, but management. Unable to order online, wings take significantly longer to prepare than before, and price have increase (roughly 25 percent, ex/. Hanger 1). All I can ask is “why change something that isn’t broken”? I believe the person who purchased wings over Springfield also purchased Michael’s pasta in a pan in both Springfield and Agawam. I’ll be sure to avoid those as well since this guy already destroyed my love for wings over.

Food quality can be inconsistent, some times chicken is very meaty and other times a dry brick. Sauces are still decent after the remodel, but pricier now compared to before. Very limited/simple menu, but if you just want wings then it's your spot. Would really like to see loyalty program or coupons available.

Wings Over is by far the best Wings restaurant in town.Everything always taste fresh and the flavor selection is great. I recommend Hot garlic and Cajun blackened, both must-have flavors.Always a great experience at Wings Over Springfield.7/27Grand reopening was amazing.You would think because of their popularity they wouldn't be able to handle demand but it was the complete opposite. They handled lines very fast, and the wait wasn't long at all!Great job, guys; good to have you back!

Out of the 4 Wings Over I've tried this is the best one!! I like well done flats and this place gets it right every time!! My whole family love this place!

Best wings in the area! I ask for my wings to be done a little more crispy. I have never been disappointed!!!! PERFECT everytime with the perfect amount of heat. Wish they had one close to where I live but worth the trip!

This place used to be one of my go-to's when I needed food delivered to work. Since the remodel this place flat out sucks. I've ordered 3 times since then and was told 30 - 45 minutes each time, only to wait over an hour each time. The last time the dry rub flavor I've eaten a hundred times was so overly seasoned I couldn't even eat them. I don't know what happened, but I will never order from this place again.

They got 1 star because of the new online ordering system crashing, constantly, only to finally work and at the end of making my order and taking my payment, I'm told my house is out of the delivery area. This started AFTER they "remodeled". I live 2 miles away. So, I decided not to be lazy, ordered and the container felt light. Got home and my 1 1/2 lbs of boneless wings came to 1lb with about 1/2lb of sauce. Ya, I weighed it, lol. No complementary dipping sauce came either (which is supposed too) Just the extra I paid for. I should've checked, I know. EVERYONE makes decent wings so skipping this place isn't a big loss. I'd try EB's in Agawam.

Great selection of Flavors for chicken. Also the customer service is phenomenal.

I've been here alot over the years but this was by far my worst visit. Chicken wasnt cleaned to my liking. Alot of feathers still on wing.

Very long wait. No good reason for it I just ordered B-1 wings nothing special, sauces on the side, how hard is that. I waited 1/2 an hour. Amount is less than it used to be, cost is the same, they were never cheap but they used to have very large wings with a good amount of them. It may have been an off day, but I doubt I will return. I gave 2 stars because I love chicken wings, I will most likely go elsewhere to satisfy that love.

Ordered wings, special instructions were extra crispy. They were extra raw.

Our favorite place to get wings. Especially since they reopened. Just picked up lunch from them. Two different wing flavors and garlic tots. It was perfect. Thank you for keeping your game up.

Wings Over is easily my favorite wings place around. From the customer service to the wings, I can’t get enough! Whether it’s football season or just hanging with friends, Wings Over is the answer if you’re in the mood for wings, chicken sandwiches, and an amazing selection of sauces.

I love how they remodeled, however the food is not the same. The chicken is huge and it's barely cooked. And they also went up on prices. But great job on the remodel it looks good

I had to wait 3 hours for my food today. When I got my food it was cold and they were closed by the time I got the food. I don't think this place is as good as how they were a few years ago. I am truly disappointed in the experience today.

Overall experience was good...Food was good. The only issue with that I was not able to give the driver a tip. I was not aware that we do not sign a receipt anymore and are unable to add a tip. It would be nice for the person taking the order to mention this, so the customer could atleast tip in cash 🤷🏽‍♀️

This Wings Over location is fantastic. I love the service and the quality of their chicken is the best around. All my friends swear by Wings Over and I’m glad they shared with me. Especially with football season. Wings Over is where it’s at!

This is my second time here since the remodel. Still unable to order online computer tells me out of delivery area. Very poor customer service. Owner doesn’t look at reviews because things would better if he did or maybe he/she doesn’t care cause we keep giving them our business and they are making money regardless.
